Governance of SCFC

Please confirm how governance of the Football Club is achieved by the Trust Board, in pusuance of them being majority shareholder. (I rescall that a Governance document was produced in 2005). How is policy of SCFC decided and ratified by the Trust Board? What is the policy of the Trust Board for appointment of directors to SCFC board? Describe how the membership will be given feedback at the AGM on how well the Trust Board discharges its obligations to its members in control of SCFC.
