This season I have experienced problems resulting from the clubs policy of not selling specific seats to people buying tickets on match days. Every week I have to ask groups of people to move out of my season ticket seat an unnecessary inconvenience. However on Bank holiday Monday this problem escalated to an unacceptable level.
On arriving at my seat I found a group of 7 youths sat in my seat and the seats around. I told the group that these seats were held by season ticket holders and that they should find somewhere else to sit. My reasonable request was met with a tirade of foul language and threats that I found totally unacceptable. Although the group eventually moved off it left me feeling bullied and threatened.
