I would like to start by stating i am a big supporter of the trust, i have, although it has now run out been a member and i have several bonds but i feel i must write to you about the latest announcement that 3 people have been co-opted onto the trust board. Paul Kershaw, a former board member who stood down. I am sure he did a fantastic job but we now have somebody else in place. If the new guy isnt doing a great job he should stand down to allow Paul to come back in. If he is doing a good job why do we need Paul again??

Steve Bedder, cleaerly an IT specialist, so he writes a database to keep track of members? does that really warrant a place on the board?

Graham Noden, a regular sponsor of matches, does that really warrant a place on the board?

I put it to you that Paul has been brought back on becuase he is friends with the current board and the other 2 have been brought in because they have provided services to the borad /club...cash for honours anybody??

This type of thing will only upset people. I appreciate that most of you are doing this out of the goodness of your heart but i must remind you that in many cases none of you have experience at being a board member of a company that will be scrutinesed publically. (I.e. being a small business owner does not prepare you for that)

This really is a bad situation. These people should have been thanked, perhaps a free match ticket etc, but to bring them on to the board gives the impression that we are going down a path of corruption and people taking advantage of their position to help friends out.

I ask you know, how many bonds should i buy to get onto the Trust board??

I am sure your answer will be that it doesnt matter but then please review the reasons for including these 3 people??
