As was scheduled during last nights board meeting of the Stockport County Trust important changes were made to the responsibilities of members.

Both Norman Beverley and David James had requested to stand down from their positions of Chairman and Treasurer respectively to ensure they can concentrate their efforts more directly within their roles as directors of Stockport County Football Club.

Both will retain their positions as directors of the Trust and Norman will broaden his role as the newly created Director responsible for community relations.

To this effect the following was unanimously agreed and will take immediate effect.

• Chairman: Stuart Cree
• Vice Chairman: George Hudson
• Treasurer: David Hoyle
• Director of Community relations: Norman Beverley
• Membership Secretary: Rob Donaldson
• Trust Secretary: Steve Johnson

Other Trust board members will be managing a multitude of projects as they occur and full details will be made public as they are implemented.

There will also be future additions to the Trust board by way of co-opted members; again details will be announced as they occur.
