On Tuesday 1st March members of Stockport County Trust's negotiating team met with representatives from the club to discuss further the potential for the Trust to take-over the running of SCFC.

The meeting was very positive and took the process forward. The detail of any deal is to be agreed and a confidentiality agreement has been signed. However as a result of the information exchanged between the two parties the Trust is confident that a deal can be achieved and that CS shares its vision of a financially sound County.
